Help & Support

Help and support is critical for any event to ensure that you and attendees have a seamless and successful experience.

Eventify's Help & Support chat feature can be accessed before logging from the help chat icon (?) and is specifically designed to help attendees onboard the event. The user can ask their query from the app and the admin can find and resolve them form the the list of queries in the admin panel as well as in the app.

Note: Only an admin user can get the query list after login. After the first query there are a few bot messages that will ask for the registered email id or a valid email id. From then on the support teams will have to take up and resolve the queries.

Here are a few points regarding the handling if the queries. Apart from replying to queries;

  • The unread messages are marked with a badge counter

  • There is an indicator of the platform from which the user is using the app.

  • If a user who is not regsitered sends a query, admin gets the indicator as - 'This email is not registered'

  • If a user who is regsitered sends a query, admin gets the options to Edit User, Allow App Access and Send Welcome Mail

  • Attach a file with the reply of the query.
